- Perform fluid analysis to validate and improve product designs and assist in the resolution of engineering problems.
- Responsible for simulation and optimization of products, and processes
- Support the Engineering team in developing functional products by performing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate and optimize designs.
- Build CFD models, complete analyses, interpret results and make design recommendations to achieve robust and innovative solutions which meet the specifications performances.
- Complete projects per internal procedures in timely manner.
- Interact with the Design and Engineering teams as needed to gather relevant data to perform simulations.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing procedures and the development of new capabilities, methodologies and expertise.
- Develop the automation of preprocessing and post processing to increase efficiency, robustness and accuracy of simulations using scripts and macros.
- Contribute to the correlation work between physical test and simulation and make recommendations to improve simulation representativity and accuracy as required.
