JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are adding a well-qualified and motivated Service Advisor to our team. Applicants must have Customer Service and Powersports or Auto dealership experience. Applicant needs to be adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy. Responsibilities: Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses Educate customers about the store\'s products, services, and offers Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments Record customer details and unit information Communicate within the department and with corresponding departments Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or related positions Knowledgeable in computer applications and industry-specific software Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and listening skills Patient disposition and the ability to resolve conflicts High School diploma or equivalent Benefits: Retirement Plan matching Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Employee discount Paid time off Profit Sharing Paid Holidays Schedule: Monday through Saturday, the final weekly schedule is to be determined with the Store Manager.
