Job Summary: As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations for Berglund Automotive’s dealerships in an efficient manner and in compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: * Reconcile customer accounts. * Reconciling floor plans. * Receipting and scanning checks. * Posting and processing daily work from multiple dealerships. * Processing bank reconciliations. Qualifications: * Team player. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus. * Experience in accounting or accounts receivable preferred but not necessary. * Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. * Solid computer skills (Accounting software & Microsoft Excel). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
