Stryker Senior Supply Planning / Asset Management Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do
Develop and implement Stryker Saudi's asset management strategy to enhance customer experience, optimize inventory costs, and improve working capital efficiency.
Drive inventory management initiatives, focusing on Return-on-Investment (ROI) for consignment business and optimizing free stock processes.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to identify and leverage opportunities across all operational areas.
Conduct detailed reviews of operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools to ensure alignment with performance objectives in asset management.
Collaborate with finance teams to forecast key financial metrics, ensure accurate financial reporting for inventory, and maintain transparency in asset-related balance sheet entries.
Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA, and quality policies by implementing robust procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
Partner with sales teams, product managers, and customers to manage inventory levels, handle product returns, and address traceability and regulatory issues.
Monitor consignment ROI, optimize inventory placement, and address nonperforming consignment investments by analyzing inventory performance and coordinating with warehouse and Kitroom teams for rotation and decommissioning.
What you need
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory management or inventory control.
Demonstrated experience working with reports and data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Preferred:
Educational background in supply chain, economics or finance.
Prior experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
