Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager/ Technical Advisor to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Leads a team in the execution of technical solutions for initiatives and projects.
Resolves obstacles that could slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives.
Develops and maintains relationships with external partner organizations.
Liaises with other teams to contribute to integrated programs and strategic initiatives.
Develops innovative solutions that directly supports the business growth strategy.
Leads team development, ensuring there is proper understanding/applying of regulations, policies, and procedures.
Provides technical oversight.
Stays up to date with current trends and developments.
Develops technical talent.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline from a Western University
Minimum 18+ years of related experience including at least 8 years in similar leading roles including western and GCC experience.
Project management and professional certifications/ registrations are highly preferred

Ability to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements and project plans
Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail, making decisive decisions

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
