Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team under Tamkeen Program - A six months Technical Onboarding Program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Performs various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a Bachelors in engineering program, and available data in the engineering field.
Assists in the preparation of detailed requisitions for material purchase, services, and subcontracts. Under the guidance of a more senior engineer, assists in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and technical bid analyses.
Prepares or assists in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
Under the guidance of a more senior engineer, assists in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and technical bid analyses.
Assists in the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
Provides input to CAD Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering (or related field) and typically 0+ years of related work experience.
Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is also required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
