How You'll Do It:
Leads manufacturing production to ensure:
Quality product, safely produced, and delivered on time within budgeted costs.
Drives Lean methodologies for continuous improvement in performance, safety, and quality.
Ensures safety of operators and individuals in the work area.
Collaborates with ME, QE, and KPO to maintain or exceed product quality standards.
Achieves outstanding performance in:
On-time delivery (> 99.5%)
Efficiency (> 95%)
Leading problem-solving processes and effective communication with supply chain partners.
Conducts daily production meetings to set expectations.
Coordinates with office staff for schedule delivery and status updates.
Ensures cost-effectiveness by controlling raw material use and labor utilization.
Implements and maintains lean processes, problem-solving, Kaizen, and quality processes.
Escalates unresolved issues promptly to maintain standards.
Leads and motivates work teams to develop knowledge and excel, meeting training objectives.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (4-year degree candidates)
3-5 years of leadership experience in high mix, complex manufacturing environment
Associates degree with engineering/technical focus (2-year degree candidates)
5-15 years of leadership experience with clear career progression
Possess heavy manufacturing/supervisory experience (non-degreed professional candidates)
15 years or more of leadership experience
Job Factors/Work Environments
Work is active in nature, involving frequent walking of manufacturing plant, warehouse, and distribution areas.
High degree of risk management required, particularly in terms of safety around large and complex machinery, as well as handling heavy products (up to 200lb) during production.
Up to 10% travel may be required for this position.
