We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk in Riviera Beach, Florida, to join our team. This role operates within the industrial sector and involves both office and warehouse environments. The position offers a employment opportunity, with a focus on ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient data entry, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process incoming shipments, including signing them in and noting their destination and recipient.

• Perform detailed data entry tasks, utilizing Excel and our proprietary software, Compass.

• Ensure the proper handling and organization of shipment paperwork.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and through email, with various parties regarding shipments.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks and data entry as needed.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as required.

• Maintain a detail oriented demeanor and appearance, adhering to a casual dress code of jeans and a polo.

• Be comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.

Requirements • Proficient in Data Entry operations with high accuracy and speed

• Excellent Typing skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Extensive experience in Administrative Office procedures and protocols

• Knowledgeable in Log Shipping procedures and operations

• Familiarity with Shipping Documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis tools, and pivot tables TalentMatch®
