Robert Half Client Services Manager in Riviera Beach, Florida

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Riviera Beach, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental department, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for the management of rental inventory, the development and implementation of rental processes, and the training and motivation of our rental service associates.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

• Maintain and manage rental inventory, ensuring equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline rental processes

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment

• Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of rented equipment

• Drive sales growth by promoting rental services to existing and potential customers

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and demand for rental services

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of rental service associates, ensuring adequate coverage to meet customer needs

• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and customers.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suites

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Strong Client Relations

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to handle Complaints effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client services role or similar position

• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with billing functions is a must

• Strong client relations and communication skills

• Ability to handle and resolve client complaints effectively and professionally

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
