Job Description:

Responsible for managing compliance and risk management projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs. Supports the department or functional unity in support of the overall compliance program components. This role collaborates with management to proactively identify opportunities or compliance issues and executes corrective action plans across multiple teams. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers business, compliance, and risk requirements and translates them for project teams. Manage all aspects of each projects, including identifying stakeholders, understanding dependencies, timelines and deliverables. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.

  • Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.

  • Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.

  • Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

  • Agile and/or Kanban, PMP

  • Project management experience in a Risk/Compliance function

  • Payments experience, financial services experience or familiarity

  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, solve problems, think strategically, and be proactive

  • Ability to manage a range of projects and responsibilities simultaneously with strict deadlines

  • Willingness to be curious and ask questions

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
