Job Description:
Responsible for the sales, business development, project management and client management efforts for merchants within one or more assigned industry verticals (portfolio). Develops and executes key objectives associated with the industry, including an emphasis on driving/protecting incremental revenue, improving market share, enhancing the customer experience while maximizing profitability against key initiative and goal priorities.
What You’ll Do
Lead the acquiring, business development, and client management efforts for enablement partners.
Establish relationships with enablement partners to maximize transaction volume growth and market share.
Ensure the implementation of company’s value-added products.
Execute on strategic initiatives and marketing programs to support broadening the acceptance footprint.
Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Partner internally and externally to identify, develop and implement new business opportunities.
Ensure enablement partners accept network cards and that they include all appropriate company products in their offerings.
Present and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase transactions, grow market share, and improve merchant stated awareness.
Implement and support operational initiatives. Ensure compliance with the network's change release processes, compliance, and business practices.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field
4+ years of experience in Sales/Relationship Management, Business Development, Strategy, Operations, Project Management, or related field
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Sales/Relationship Management, Business Development, Strategy, Operations, Project Management, or related field
Bonus Points If You Have
Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field
6+ years of experience in Sales/Relationship Management, Business Development, Strategy, Operations, Project Management, or related field
Payment Services experience/familiarity
Strong Project Management skills

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
