Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership and execution support for various risk management initiatives within Personal and Home Loans, driving accountability, transparency and a compliance-first mindset
Participate in Issue Management POD meetings and support implementation of POD process enhancements, as applicable
Develop sufficient knowledge of Issue Management systems of record (IRM/GRC and ServiceNow) to be able to independently run queries and create reporting for issue inventory, cycle time, self ID rate, etc.
Track at-risk issues and promptly communicate risk status changes to senior leadership
Lead periodic review of issue root cause and direct cause, identifying trends and opportunities
Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manage all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates
Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.
Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
At minimum here is what you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Information technology, Business Administration and Management
4+ years' experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
In Lieu of Education Experience 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Agile and/or Kanban, PMP

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
