The Lead Infrastructure Project Manager is accountable for leading the management of key, complex cross-domain, infrastructure projects. Responsible for influencing the execution of these from original concept through final implementation. These projects require a working knowledge of various infrastructure technologies. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the resolution of third-party risk management related delinquencies on behalf of the Infrastructure Services organization.

  • Research and present detailed vendor engagement status reports to stakeholders

  • Manage the review of contract renewals.

  • Applies project management methodologies, tools, and competencies to guide projects’ direction, implementation, and development of work plans, schedules, budget, estimates, and resource planning.

  • Coordinates meetings with leadership, management, vendors, and key stakeholders across the organization to define requirements.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional resources to review milestones, drives progress toward deliverables, and proactively assesses project constraints to mitigate risks and resolve issues. Leads analytical project execution to meet specific business requirements and timelines.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional departments to achieve project objectives.

  • Works closely with project management leads to support the strategic direction of the department. Develops and reviews all project plans for timely project delivery, and performs project risk analysis, tracking, and mitigation.

  • Ensures completing project deliverables according to agreed timelines and quality standards in order to improve corporate security posture.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, infrastructure technology domain, or related field

  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in project management, infrastructure technology domain, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field

  • Strong project management with on-boarding new third-party vendors and tracking and reporting on the on-boarding process.

  • Experience with third party/vendor risk management

  • Experience with vendor incidents, errors, and performance issues resolution.

  • Experience with reviewing contracts, project financials and working within service level agreements.

  • Experience with building reports with either Power BI or Tableau

  • PMP

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
