As a member of the Enterprise Data Management and Governance team this individual is an active participant in the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of a long-term enterprise data management and governance program. They are responsible for the design, development, coding, and implementation of data quality, data stewardship, metadata management, and sensitive data management applications. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

  • Implements data quality controls including oversight and monitoring.

  • Designs solutions for metadata management, data quality, sensitive data management, and data steward activities.

  • Develops and codes solutions for metadata management, data quality, sensitive data management and data steward activities

  • Implements some improvements in architecture, team processes, and functions.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Management, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related

  • 4+ years of experience in IT work experience, Data Analysis, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or related

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT work experience, Data Analysis, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or related

  • Relevant Technology Certifications

  • Relevant Data Management Certifications such as CDMC, CDMP.

  • Experience implementing data quality controls, oversight, and monitoring for reduction of risk within an organization.

  • Experience with Jira, Alation, or other data catalogs

  • Experience with Anomalo or Ab Initio or other data quality tools

  • Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools

  • Proficient with SQL.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
