Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • The Director of Operational Program Management – Privacy, is centered around a dual mission of ensuring risk oversight of privacy operations within the Digital Organization and coordinating enterprise-wide privacy operations. Responsibilities include assuming central operational responsibility of privacy related activities within Digital and acting as a central node for streamlining communications and processes related to Privacy operations. This role will be the point of contact for privacy-related matters in the first line and will coordinate business and operational tasks for sustainable implementation across all business units. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of strategic programs to ensure they are on track to deliver intended outcomes. Monitors progress to assure desired outcomes are met. Ensures relationships are developed and expand leadership influence to accomplish results through others. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

How You’ll Do It

  • Oversee program development and execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

  • Meet with stakeholders to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.

  • Drive prioritization, planning, execution, actively managing risk/issues and communicating status in an objective manner to all stakeholders.

  • Review and advise on new or revised business strategies, initiatives, and projects to ensure up and downstream risks are effectively mitigated.

  • Provide oversight of program to ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate concerns and risks.

  • Partner across the enterprise to ensure a holistic approach to Second Line risk management.

  • Engage in continuous improvement with team to realize increased value to the organization.

  • Hire, onboard and develop great talent to meet the objectives of the organization.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Continuous Improvement or Project Management.

  • 10+ years of program management, operations, process improvement, general management or related experience.

  • In lieu of education: 12+ years of program management, operations, process improvement, general management or related experience.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Master's in Business Administration.

  • 10+ years of consumer compliance, enterprise risk management, legal risk, including people management, statistical testing, analytics or related experience.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $154,500.00 to $234,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
