Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established food manufacturing company in Riverside, CA . The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong background in equipment maintenance and supervision.

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $33 to $37 , based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the food manufacturing facility, ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and machinery.

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

• Supervise, train, and guide maintenance staff, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

• Conduct routine inspections and audits of equipment to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

• Collaborate with production and other departments to plan and coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting daily operations.

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

Experience Required:

• 10 years of experience in maintenance within the food manufacturing industry, with significant hands-on supervisory experience.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $37.00 per hour
