Project Coordinatorfor our
Operations Department!
The
Project Coordinatoris a key driver of program success. This dynamic role involves collaborating closely with the program manager to navigate project challenges, identify opportunities, and ensure smooth execution. By effectively coordinating resources, managing schedules, and facilitating communication, the Project Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget.

What you'll get to do as a Project Coordinator at Senspex:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor projects.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare project reports and presentations.
- Organize and lead project teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Allocate resources and manage equipment.
- Review contracts and ensure compliance.
- Manage project logistics, including travel, shipping, and procurement.
- Provide support to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and data entry.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
The qualifications we require:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field of study plus two (2) years minimum experience in related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Demonstrated flexibility in response to changes in projects, focus, deadlines, etc.

Other requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work within the United States
- National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
- Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test
