The Coca-Cola Company Senior Marketing Innovation Orchestration Coca-Cola- LA OU in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Location: Flexible within any LATAM Offices; No Relocation provided.

Position Overview:

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Innovation Marketing Orchestrator will focus primarily on:

  • Lead Innovation corridor being the control center to ensure the creation, tracking and post launch process of Innovation portfolio.

  • Coordinating the Innovation process orchestrating all the parts (Brands, Technical, Finance, Frontline Marketing and franchise) enlightening key dates, blockers, and risks flag; as well as generate insights about Innovation Process and Workfront tooks (improvements, stop, start, learnings) to improve workstream efficiency.

  • Build the bridge within Functions to shape their current work in progress according to ABP priorities

  • Designing and implementing the necessary ecosystem of meetings and routines (Gate Meetings, Innovation Council, etc)

  • Establish proper backlog in project management tools according to needs.

  • Promote effectiveness and continuous improvement of the processes for new products.

  • Identify and lead opportunities of automatization and digitalization of processes to gain efficiency and reduce workload for the organization.

  • Design data gathering from the process iterations and propose future improvements on what to track, analyze and how these conclusions will help a continuous learning cycle to improve the process efficiency and data-based decision making.

  • Manage portfolio view and strategy providing guidance on how to prioritize and driving decision making.

  • Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the highest priority in a seamless fashion across platforms, systems, processes, routines etc.

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and bring together multiple concepts across functions to define and propose the direction.

  • Ability to mobilize and champion change management across the company.

  • Ability to develop open communication, foster collaboration and continuous co creation with key stakeholders.

Related Work Experience:

  • 10-12 years of experience working with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams

  • Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred

  • Awareness of Agile / Scrum

  • We are looking for change agents that are ambitious and have a balance of creativity and business understanding.

  • English is required; Spanish Or Portuguese preferred;
