The opportunity

Join Teva Latvia as an OTC Product Manager and take your career to the next level. In this dynamic role, you’ll drive the growth of leading OTC brands, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a vibrant and competitive market. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the strategy, from developing pricing models to designing impactful promotional campaigns—gaining unparalleled regional exposure.

Job Type

Fixed-term contract (12-18 months, maternity cover).

How you’ll spend your day

  • Manage the full marketing mix for OTC products, including existing portfolio and new launches.

  • Develop and execute promotion plans and marketing activities across ATL and BTL channels.

  • Strategically plan and control sales and promotional budgets.

  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and pharmacy chains to drive retail initiatives.

  • Coordinate with Media and Creative Agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Create promotional materials in compliance with local legislation and corporate policies.

  • Forecast product sales with accuracy, achieving sales targets and business goals.

  • Train medical representatives, enhancing product knowledge and marketing program execution.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure seamless project execution and brand success.

Your experience and qualifications

  • University degree.

  • 2-3 years of experience in consumer health products or OTC.

  • Fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken; basic Russian is a plus.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.

  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Understanding of customer journey and decision-making processes.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong collaboration skills across countries and business units.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
