Join our exceptional Global Real Estate and Facilities Engineering and Technology (E&T) team as an Experienced Facilities Electrical Engineer in Ridley Park, PA. You will be entrusted with a diverse set of engaging duties. These will include hands-on involvement in troubleshooting and respiring reactive equipment, as well as providing support for planned and construction projects. Your responsibilities will encompass defining requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of these projects, thereby playing a crucial role in enhancing the electrical infrastructure of our sites.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to infrastructure planning, complete studies, analyze current conditions and future requirements, recommend capital improvements, gather and analyze data, and work with both internal and external customers to identify and assess alternatives and impacts

  • Recommend capital improvements and assess alternatives and their impacts, collaborating with both internal and external customers

  • Develop routine conceptual designs, final designs, and cost estimates for the electrical phases of buildings, equipment installations, utility systems, and grounds

  • Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines, outside consultants, and government agencies to integrate activities seamlessly and achieve project success

  • Utilize reliability tools and methods such as life cycle analysis, condition-based maintenance, and root cause failure methodology to analyze asset failures and capacity reduction

  • Utilize appropriate resources to produce project drawings, specifications, and permit application packages, adhering to project parameters and delivering high-quality results

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

  • 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting technical documents and/or drawings

  • 3+ years of experience working with facility maintenance in an engineering and/or management role

  • 3+ years of experience working in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license

  • 3+ years of experience with building and safety codes

  • 3+ years of experience with lean processes and initiatives

  • 3+ years of experience leading construction projects

  • Experience working in a production environment

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $102,850 – $139,150
