Robert Half Accounts Payable Analyst in Ridgeway, South Carolina
Description
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our manufacturing client in Northeast Columbia. The role will focus on various aspects of account payable tasks, primarily involving problem-solving, invoice reconciliation, purchase order research, and not just processing.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the invoice reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in purchase orders
• Utilize SAP for managing and updating account payable tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Perform data entry tasks related to account payable functions
• Implement account reconciliation procedures to maintain financial accuracy
• Execute check runs and coding invoices tasks effectively
• Act as a problem solver to handle and resolve any issues related to accounts payable
• Ensure efficient processing of accounts payable tasks
• Maintain updated records of all transactions and processes.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Advanced proficiency in account reconciliation
• Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrated ability to perform check runs
• Proven experience in coding invoices
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Experience with invoice processing
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with SAP software
