TEKsystems Product Specialist - Dacor Content Engineer in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey

Description:

Product Specialist - Dacor Content Engineer

Schedule: Fully onsite Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills required:

  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Samsung Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products both Sales Product Customer Care Departments.

  • Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.

  • Development preparation and critical review of technical reports technical documents test procedures user guides installation and maintenance manuals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor

    • Determine models missing from STG

    • Check for content types including Error Codes Service Guides Exploded View Wire Diagrams etc.

    • Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG

    • Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion

    • Review Service Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch

    Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering preferred

  • 2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field
