Description:
Product Specialist - Dacor Content Engineer
Schedule: Fully onsite Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills required:
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Samsung Dacor Home Appliance and Electronic Products both Sales Product Customer Care Departments.
Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.
Development preparation and critical review of technical reports technical documents test procedures user guides installation and maintenance manuals.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Dacor
Determine models missing from STG
Check for content types including Error Codes Service Guides Exploded View Wire Diagrams etc.
Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG
Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion
Review Service Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering preferred
2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field
