Samsung SDS America is seeking an Implementation and Delivery Project Manager who will shape the success of implementation & delivery of our new AI-driven SRM solution, helping businesses revolutionize their supplier relationship management, especially procurement processes and achieve unprecedented efficiency and growth. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new global business initiative, merging the entrepreneurial drive of a startup with the solid foundation of Samsung SDS America.
This role will lead the successful deployment of our Source-to-Pay solution. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support. Your key responsibilities will include managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless client adoption of the solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in source-to-pay and procure-to-pay systems, project management, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on driving efficiency and achieving client objectives.
Ideal candidate for this role has experience integrating business spend management technologies with HR, ERP, and financial applications, and strong client facilitation and the desire to guide partner team resources.

Location: This is a 100% remote role in the US. This role requires business travel up to 35%.
Requirements
Develop and execute detailed delivery strategy for Caidentia solution implementations.
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire implementation lifecycle.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address project requirements.
Configure SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
Manage and mitigate project risks, addressing challenges for timely delivery.
Establish and enforce quality standards for SaaS solution implementation.
Conduct regular training programs for end-users, and partners, and provide ongoing support.
Manage client expectations and experience in a way that results in high client satisfaction.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements and testing protocols.
Ensure effective communication of project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the team success beyond client delivery with product development, operational improvement, recruiting and sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is preferred or equivalent years' of experience.
8+ years' experience in systems applications consulting, either internally or externally with a consulting firm or software providers
In-depth understanding of supply chain and supplier relationship management processes.
Hands-on experience with Source to Pay processes and implementations
Experience in designing, facilitating setup and configuration, and managing implementation of one or more modules (e.g. Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, Inventory)
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Effective oral and written communications skills.
Exceptional presentation skills, PowerPoint expert.
Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in the SaaS space.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage resources and deliver work products on time and with exceptional quality in a remote work environment
Willingness to travel up to 35% according to business needs.
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
