Robert Half Client Success Manager in Ridgefield, Connecticut

Description

We are seeking a Client Success Manager based in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The role will involve managing a team of technical support professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our tech support services. The role will involve working extensively with various technologies including databases, Dell technologies, EO/IR systems, IBM, Mac Computers, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technical support professionals to ensure high-quality service.

• Oversee the handling of tech support queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.

• Maintain a working knowledge of various technologies including Databases, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, IBM, Mac Computers, AB Testing, Apple Devices, Cabling, Call Center Customer Service, and Computer Hardware.

• Use the ConnectWise platform for managing customer interactions and tracking tech support issues.

• Develop and implement tech support protocols and procedures to improve service efficiency.

• Train and mentor junior tech support staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure that tech support activities align with overall company objectives.

• Monitor and report on tech support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our tech support services remain current.

• Address escalated tech support issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements • Comprehensive understanding and experience with Database management.

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies is mandatory for this role.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required.

• Experience with IBM systems and technologies.

• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Mac Computers.

• Ability to conduct AB Testing and interpret results to improve tech support services.

• Experience with Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Knowledge of Cabling systems and their maintenance.

• Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service, with a focus on tech support.

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot Computer Hardware.
