ASM Global Premium Experiences Host in Ridgedale, Missouri

As the Premium Experience Host at Thunder Ridge Nature's Arena, your responsibility is to deliver top-notch client services, hospitality, and support during premium events. Your role involves engaging with and assisting all clients who purchase season suites, box seats, lounge access, or other premium experiences for our events. You'll coordinate with the food and beverage team and other staff to ensure seamless event execution. Your passion and motivation drive you to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that VIP guests receive the highest level of hospitality. Your focus is on maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue generation through exceptional guest experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare premium spaces and supplies before guest arrival to create a warm and inviting environment.

  • Greet guests at the VIP entrance, efficiently scanning tickets and issuing credentials.

  • Provide attentive assistance throughout the event, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.

  • Maintain exclusivity in premium areas by monitoring and enforcing entry for authorized guests.

  • Exceed guest expectations with exemplary customer service, effectively resolving issues as they arise during the event.

  • Support the Premium Seat Services team in maintaining organization and cleanliness.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests regarding venue policies and event details.

  • Monitor food displays to uphold high presentation standards.

  • Prepare detailed reports and recaps following events, providing valuable feedback.

  • Stay informed about premium experience offerings and contribute to sales initiatives.

  • Perform on-site upgrades and sales as needed.

  • Assist with event operations as needed to ensure smooth execution.

  • Liaise with event staff within Premium spaces to share policies and procedures for guest hospitality efforts.

  • Collaborate with the Director and Premium Experiences Sales Coordinator for scheduling, guest list management, activations, and other related tasks.

  • Consistently engage with clients in their suites and boxes during events to ensure their experience is exceptional, promptly addressing any issues or requests they may have.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of guest service and communications experience, demonstrating excellence.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with guests and colleagues.

  • Comfortable and adept at catering to the needs of high-profile guests and VIPs.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at multitasking and maintaining organization in fast-paced environments.

  • Skilled in de-escalating situations and maintaining a positive attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Comfortable interacting with individuals at all staff levels, ensuring smooth operations and communication.

  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

  • Demonstrates judgment, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive guest interactions professionally.
