Description:
Currently hiring for a pivotal role in the execution and delivery of customer-facing digital messages. The Technical Email Project Manager (TEPM) works with content editors, designers, and LOB intent owners/marketers/engineers to manage, build, test, and launch emails, SMS messages, and push notifications to their appropriate market. The TEPM is an experienced operations management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The TEPM can communicate effectively with and influence partners across multiple levels of the organization, while managing the end-to-end process of multiple email campaigns at a time.
Strong tech knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment are essential to succeeding in this role.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $53 - $63 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Ability to manage the email process from end-to-end, typically two to three at one time. The ideal candidate is well organized, inquisitive, communicative, and flexible.
Serve as the primary point of contact for messaging intent in various operating models and sizes. This might involve partnering with a copywriter and designer to work on a new multi-channel alert, building a message in our systems, or working upstream with LOB partners to get their email creatives through approvals and ready to execute.
Manage and track key elements involved with message production, including documentation collection and organization, appropriate technical setups, QA testing, and post-production monitoring.
Work with partners across the company to expedite and obtain necessary artifacts and approvals needed to launch messages in the market.
Stay perpetually audit-ready by ensuring all aspects of Legal, Risk, Compliance, and well-managed process controls are adhered to and followed to the letter.
Provide daily communications that are clear, transparent, and concise to all stakeholders about your project’s current status.
Experience Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
3 years of experience with Jira, including setting up Jira boards for teams.
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with knowledge of the Journey process (though not building journeys, understanding how they work is essential).
Experience with email, SMS, and push notification products/delivery platforms.
Project Management Skills:
Ability to autonomously lead multiple projects, including demonstrated ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and know when to escalate to management quickly if the problem cannot be resolved.
Proactively identify and communicate potential delays/risks and the future impact on project timelines.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to audiences at different levels of the organization.
Provide clear, transparent, and concise daily communications to all stakeholders about project status.
Additional Skills:
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering meaningful digital messages/experiences in moments that matter.
Experience working with Data Analysts and Tech Teams who use APIs and leverage Agile/sprints for their work that runs parallel to ours.
Effortlessly pivot to meet the needs of internal customers and teammates, while also knowing the areas of process that cannot be compromised or skipped due to Audit requirements.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
