Job Title: Safety Manager (Construction)
Job Description
Job Summary: The Site Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all safety protocols and procedures on the construction site. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the construction site.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Investigate and report on all accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
Provide safety training and education to all site personnel.
Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
Skills
5+ years of experience in Safety
OSHA 30 certification
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Environment
Will work between field and shop.
