Product Manager, Customer Manager Platforms
Capital One’s Customer Management Platforms organization is seeking candidates who are passionate about working with new and emerging technologies. Capital One’s Customer Management Platforms organization drives the infrastructure that powers Capital One’s multi-billion dollar account management ecosystem.
We are seeking Product Owners who are motivated to apply their skills to develop elegant, modernized solutions that create great experiences for Capital One customers. Candidates should have an interest in working with architects, data scientists, service designers, process engineers and developers to translate human insights, dependent platform, app, segment needs, downstream user feedback, and technology capabilities into scalable, resilient, and efficient consumer-centric services. You will develop end-to-end solutions to help us better serve US Card.
General areas of responsibilities:
Contribute to the product vision for capabilities that deliver breakthrough business value and make it easy for our internal consumers to access, use, and build on account data
Partner with world class software engineers to design, deliver, and sustain APIs and functionalities within the Horizontal platform to manage crucial account capabilities like rate change, minimum payment management, etc.
Identify and enhance real time account management capabilities and infrastructure for the millions of customer and transaction update activities that occur daily
Massively improve API resilience and performance while continuing to proactively improve the cyber posture of the expansive API inventory
Support continuous improvement across our Customer Management ecosystem, modernizing software, improving the resiliency and performance of our platform capabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with senior business intent and downstream stakeholders across the enterprise who manage the product/credit strategy, downstream processes, technology, controls, and customer-facing experiences that depend on the capabilities and performance of the Customer Management platform
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
MBA or Master’s Degree
5+ years of experience translating business strategy into digital products
5+ years of experience in Agile product management
