Hiring Machine Operators near Richmond VA !
Job Description:
Will be responsible for assembling Brazed Heat Exchangers. Will utilize machines and hand tools to perform pre-assembly. Will operate stacker machine or testing machine.
Will use cart to load assembled units into furnace for brazing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Will utilize a touchscreen computer system to access SOPs for jobs and the set up machine.
Required to perform troubleshooting to figure out what units are passing testing and problem solve to get accurate units passed.
Candidate with plumbing, electrical or machine operating experience would be a good fit.
Will utilize various hand tools and power tools as well as operate an overhead crane to move the heat exchangers.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Will operate the stand-up forklift to pick parts for orders. Will utilize a touchscreen computer system to access job lists.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have computer skills
Must have troubleshooting experience
Ideal candidate with be in between a maintenance technician and a machine operator
Shift & Pay :
2-1st shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm
2- 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm
2-3rd shift Sun-Thu 10:00pm-6:30am
Pay - 20$/hr
