ManpowerGroup Electrical Assembler II in Richmond, Virginia
Our client in the Richmond Area is seeking an Electrical Assembler II to join their team. As an Assembler II, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of critical applications for banks, hospitals, data centers, nuclear facilities, and more. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be a team player, and have a strong work ethic that aligns with our client's values.
Job Title: Electrical Assembler II
Location: Richmond, VA 23231
Pay Range: $18.00 hourly
Training 1st shift (6AM - 2:30PM) and then move to 2nd shift (2:30PM - 11PM)per business needs
What's the Job?
Assemble products following engineering documents, ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements.
Operate a computer to check schedules, update manufacturing status of jobs.
Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing per procedures.
Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
Assist in the training of other employees, addressing and resolving inquiries and problems.
What's Needed?
High School diploma
1-2 years of assembly experience.
Electrical testing (low voltage) knowledge required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
