Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, financial services knowledge, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What's the Job?

  • Perform data analysis for controls and data quality

  • Utilize financial services knowledge particularly regarding regulatory and governance roles

  • Ensure accuracy in data and analysis with attention to detail

  • Collaborate with team members and work in a self-directed manner

  • Use spreadsheet skills, MS Access, MS Excel, Visual Basic for MS PowerPoint, SharePoint

What's Needed?

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks

  • Works in a self-directed manner and takes a proactive approach to job responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Experience in performing data analysis tasks

  • Demonstrated passion for intellectual curiosity and accuracy as well as the ability to research issues and identify root cause and pattern
