The Role in Brief:
Associate Partner Data Manager, Enroll360
The Associate Partner Data Manager will serve as a primary data contact for partners who are out of implementation with live marketing campaigns in the field. Associate Partner Data Managers will help ensure a timely, robust data integration for all live partners for the life of their contract through active load monitoring, proactive troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Associate Partner Data Managers will also address questions raised by partners and internal stakeholders on the validity of data in campaigns and analytics and work with the Data Transformation and Reporting team to implement any necessary transformation or configuration changes. They will ensure that issues are triaged, troubleshot, and resolved quickly per service level agreements set forth for the Partner Data Management team.
This position will be based in Richmond, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure partner data loads to EAB marketing platform meet SLA compliance standards through active monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Ensure EAB data return to partners meets SLA compliance standards
Define, build, and maintain partner data dictionaries and layouts
Actively maintain a queue of production support work to ensure team is meeting SLA compliance standards
Troubleshoot data issues in campaigns and analytics reported by partners and internal teams
Communicate with Data Transformation and Reporting team to perform any necessary transformation and configuration changes for live partners
Communicate with partners, written and orally, about EAB’s data integration methodology
Manage cross-team relationships to ensure data availability and accuracy requirements are met
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business, technical, or quantitative field of study
1+ years of relevant professional experience
Effective and flexible communication skills, including verbal communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated aptitude and desire to validate and normalize large quantities of raw data
Exceptional attention to detail is a must
Self-motivated and results-driven workstyle
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, partner-focused, team environment
Ideal Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in data intake and manipulation in an SQL, Oracle, or other structured database environment (SQL preferred)
Tableau, Good Data, MicroStrategy, or other Business Intelligence Visualization software experience preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary for this role is $48,000 per year.
