Job Description
Actalent is seeking a talented architectural designer with 10+ years of experience. This individual will work on sports projects in a dynamic and collaborative studio environment. This position requires a highly motivated, agile individual with strong technical and design capabilities. The candidate must have a solid knowledge of Revit, as there is a significant amount of experienced staff available to provide training.
Job Responsibilities:
Compile data
Perform design computations
Work with experienced designers and project teams on conceptual designs
Handle design development and production to deliver projects on time and within budget
Apply creative design concepts
Develop project proposals
Support design efforts and client presentations
Develop, modify, or review drawings to incorporate design intent
Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and implementation documents
Collaborate on the development of design throughout appropriate project phases
Skills/Qualifications
Knowledge of Revit
Experience in all phases of design
Commercial experience (sports, education, hospitality, large-scale commercial)
Ability to compile data and perform design computations
Proficiency in producing graphic presentations and 3D renderings
Strong technical and design capabilities
Ability to collaborate with project teams
Creative design thinking
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office and 2 days a week remote.
