Our RPO Senior Recruiter is accountable for:
Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.
Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.
Working in an end-to-end recruiting environment.
Identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks.
Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.
Essential Skills:
Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
Proven experience recruiting and sourcing for multiple positions in a manufacturing setting.
Effective communicator, adaptable interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills
Seeking a minimum 4+ years high volume manufacturing recruiting experience. RPO experience is a plus. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE 3 DAYS A WEEK.
Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
