Nexeo Staffing Seasonal HR Recruiter in RICHMOND, Utah
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle of the employment process for our seasonal employees. This includes recruiting,interviewing,hiring,onboarding,orientation,background screening,drug testing,employee life-cycle management,disciplinary process support,wage market evaluations,payroll support,and any other HR functions necessary.
*Responsibilities *
Spearhead the recruitment process for seasonal positions,ranging from local to regional and those requiring travel.
Utilize platforms such as Indeed and other job application programs to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct full-scale recruitment activities,including sourcing,screening,interviewing,and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain accurate records of applicants and hiring activities.
Provide timely updates to management regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
Assist in onboarding activities for new hires as needed.
*Qualifications *
Proven experience in recruitment,preferably in seasonal or specialized industries.
Familiarity with job application platforms like Indeed and proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Background in agriculture or natural resources is advantageous.
Flexibility to work between 8am-5pm,30-40 hours per week,with potential for extended hours during peak recruitment periods.
Must be willing to work onsite in Richmond,UT.
*Pay *
$18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
*Schedule *
30 40 Hours Per Week between 8:00am 5:00pm
