This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
POSITION SUMMARY : Reporting to the Commercial Manager in Lubbock, Tx, the position is responsible for operating the scales and actively maintaining an ongoing relationship with haulers, co-workers, operations and sales staff at our cottonseed crush plant in Richmond, TX. Will have daily exposure to customers in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for many aspects of daily and monthly reporting, filling, data entry, data management, training and team support in day-to-day responsibilities of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for weighing trucks in and out and entering pertinent information
Required to answer phones, file and retain documents and maintain a clean and neat workspace.
Responsible for providing exceptional customers service with a positive and professional attitude
Represent ADM well by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast paced environment.
Partner with the Sales Team to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and haulers
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Plant Manager and/or Commercial Manager
Work well with customers and logistics companies regarding orders and documentation needs
Manage and file Truck insurance and documentation
Work with operations and quality team to enter reports and changes as needed into internal systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook
Ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as needed

Prefer 2-4 years of experience with customer service
