Job Description
Richmond Beverage Solutions has an immediate job opening for a Processing Operator: well-versed Processing operators to perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. Machine operators will be responsible for processing finished or raw materials, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

Job Description
To relieve others on vacation days or days off. Must be able to perform the following job duties:
Strong machining knowledge required
Set up, sterilize, and operate multiple UHT Systems and all associated equipment
Assist HTST Operator with related operations
Required maintenance to UHT Systems, rebuild valves, homogenizer, etc.
Make mix/batching
Lift up to 100lbs
Work in hot/humid conditions
Operate and CIP Separator
Adhere to all good manufacturing practices
Complete all associated record keeping
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred
18 months direct related pasteurizing experience and/or training
Able to complete calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
Must be able to stand, walk, kneel and bend for virtually the entire shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally including overhead.
Work with little to no supervision
Must be able to work in a wet environment. Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Must be trustworthy and dependable.
Ability to operate multiple pieces of complex equipment and complete documents concurrently
Must be able to pass all medical exams, drug and background checks (including criminal).
