ManpowerGroup Sr Eng II - Sr. Pipe and Valve Engineer NS&E in Richland, Washington

Our client, a leading company in the construction and engineering industry, is seeking a talented Sr. Pipe and Valve Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Pipe and Valve Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the Plant Design Engineering Group, based in Richland, WA, supporting various projects.

Job Title: Sr. Pipe and Valve Engineer

Location: Richland, WA

Pay: $40/h + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review pipe and piping component related calculations and material evaluations.

  • Prepare and coordinate piping and valve specifications and/or material requisitions.

  • Conduct bid evaluations and make award recommendations.

  • Perform detailed supplier bid technical evaluations and supplier document reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry piping codes and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 9 years of related experience.

  • Proficient knowledge of ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry codes and standards.

  • Experience in generating and executing material requisitions.

  • Preferred qualifications include PE Registration, previous Bechtel project experience, familiarity with DOD/DOE projects, and proficiency in PipeWorks, TeamWorks, Bechtel Procurement System (BPS), and Non-conformance reporting tools (NCR).
