Join Our Team as a Project Controls Engineer!

Our client, one of the most respected engineering, construction, and project management companies in the world, is seeking a Project Controls Engineer. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant cleanup projects in DOE history.

Job Title: Project Controls Engineer

Location: Richland, WA

Pay Range: 68$-73$

US Citizenship Required

Schedule:

  • 4 x 10 schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Availability for weekend shifts and night shifts (5:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.) as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedule activities across all disciplines.

  • Identify and address schedule constraints and issues.

  • Ensure alignment of communications with project strategy.

  • Analyze project schedules and recommend improvements.

  • Monitor and report project cost performance.

  • Mentor junior team members in data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in cost engineering functions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 and COBRA software.

  • Ability to obtain DOE badge for site access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in multiple discipline-specific applications.

  • Previous experience in similar project environments.
