The Arc of Tri-Cities is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving persons with developmental disabilities. Is looking for fun, positive, uplifting people who would like to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Full Time Community Inclusion Specialist,
Position will provide direct client support in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations. The position will provide one on one services with individuals out in the community.
General Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities.
- Good verbal communication
- Must be able to organize activities and handle multi-tasks.
- Ability to interact with families and other.
- Must have good problem-solving skills.
- Must be positive and fun to work with
- Ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
- Ability to maintain safety.
Requirements.
- Ability to pass DSHS background check.
- 5 years driving record must meet public transportation standards.
- Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test and random drug testing.
- Must have High School Degree or GED
Supervisor- Program Coordinator
*Salary Hourly *$ 16.28 per hour
