As an Experienced Codes and Methods Software Engineer in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the BWR Thermal-Hydraulics Codes and Methods Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit, which is responsible for maintaining and developing the engineering software used to design and license the fuel assemblies loaded in our customers' nuclear reactor cores. The team performs research and development of new codes and methods, addresses emergent issues, and responds to requests from internal and external users. Your work will include: Designing and implementing numerical methods and software to support Framatome projects Performing safety analyses in support of core design and licensing Framatome fuel Support interfacing with regulatory authorities to obtain regulatory approval of Framatome products This position requires occasional travel. Your Total Rewards Package The range of base salary for the position is between $104,000 - $141,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
