At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our Supply Chain team is seeking Contract Administrator whose job duties may include, but is not limited to the following: * Works to establish and maintain policies and procedures for procurement. * Backup to Purchasing Card Program Administrator which includes reporting, reconciliation, auditing and mentoring. * Generate reporting information in support of prime contract and FAR required reports. * Backup to Small Business Program including reporting and mentor protege program reporting and progress. * Mentor junior personnel and train backup for Purchasing Card Program and business systems. * Monitor Supply Chain compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Participate in available training to enhance work skills and capabilities. * May participate in the development of procurement tools and providing feedback for the revision/updates to CPCCo Business Process Guides. Basic Qualifications * Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience. Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of procurement systems and processes. * Familiarity with Purchase Card Program. * Experience in business systems and reporting. * Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Power BI to support reporting. * Background in compliance, accounting and/or audit * Advanced understanding of accounting practices, including Cost Accounting Standards and FAR cost principles Compensation & Benefits In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates. Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week): * Senior Level Grade 18: $104,175 - $131,425 In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
