As an Advanced Reactor Fuel Projects Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Manufacturing Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include: Leading long term changes at the Richland Manufacturing facility in the advanced reactor fuel market. As a Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team at the leading fuel manufacturing site in the US and part of a long term clean energy strategy. You will develop, maintain and lead a long term vision that best integrates contracted and potential new business related to advanced reactor fuels including HALEU with the ongoing operations at the site. Be instrumental in challenging/validating business strategies as they relate to the Richland site and forecasting and optimizing resources needed to support these new product line efforts. Reports directly to the HRR Site Manager. This position requires occasional travel. Your Total Rewards Package The range of base salary for the position is between $140,000 - $190,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
