Now we need your help to successful develop our go to market and customer adoption. We are now looking for a new Head of Webex Technology Ecosystem and certification program to strengthen our Strategic Growth and Adoption team. A widely diversified team with good balance of gender, experience and members located in Europe and US.
What you will do:
Our team is responsible for the Go to Market strategies and execution for Webex Device, bridging the interaction between our product and engineering organization and the wider Cisco Marketing, Sales and Channel organizations to drive customer sales and adoption in a highly competitive market where we need to use our creativity, customer focus and business skills to drive awareness and position our unique value proposition to users, customers, sales and channels.
Evaluate and engage in potential partnership opportunities aligned with the strategic priorities defined for Webex Devices
Identify customer needs, technology trends, use cases to develop business case as foundations for prioritizing and managing partnership/certification backlog
Develop a strong relationship with new technology partners, establish good collaboration, trust and motivation with them to be good ambassadors for Webex Devices.

Program manage the Webex Technology Ecosystem program to develop partnerships through the different phases from initial use case opportunity identification, integration development and documentation, certification and development of joint go to market plan.

Together with marketing, sales and channels develop necessary collateral and sales enablement incentives to drive customer adoption.
Who you are:
We are looking for a candidate who has an entrepreneurial mindset with good insight into the collaboration market; competitive landscape, technology trends and customer needs with an ability to identify and act on opportunities. You should have the skills of a program managers which can manage and structure multiple tasks and processes at the same time. Good communication and collaboration skills are required to develop both internal and external relationships and keep track of objectives and progress.
Experience as Product Manager, Engineering Program/Project manager or Sales Engineer
Preferrable experience with technical integration work and understanding of API/SDK/Apps related development and requirements
3-5 years relevant work experience as a minimum
BS/MS technical education
Industry experience from collaboration technology, audio/video technologies
Workplace will be at the Cisco office in Lysaker, Oslo in Norway together with our Webex Devices Product Management and Engineering team
