Opportunity:
VSO is looking for a cleared Software Engineer who wants to be a part of a dynamic, growing team in Richardson, TX. VSO will be implementing cutting-edge Java solutions and will help drive the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. VSO is looking for the right technical problem solver who can help find the right solutions for our important National Security customer.
Qualifications:
VSO is looking for a candidate with strong analytic, customer-focused, and collaborative skills with the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines as demonstrated by successful execution experience. A successful candidate must possess the ability to troubleshoot complex problems and automate tasks to ensure repeatability.
The candidate should have most of the following technical experience or certification:
5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Full-Stack Java Developer with a solid foundation in Java
Experience working in a Linux environment
Experience with software development lifecycle and software development process, design patterns, and Object Oriented architecture
Experience working with toolsets such as Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, and Cucumber
Security+ Certification
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Agile development methodologies, along with DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies, building automated tests, and using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development methodology.
Requirements
Must possess an active TS/SCI (CI Poly is preferred)
Must be within driving distance of Richardson, TX OR willing to relocate there (Relocation Assistance Package Available)
Must be willing to work onsite in a SCIF environment

Salary Description
$140,000.00 - $160,000.00
