Adecco US, Inc. Accounts Receivable Clerk in Richardson, Texas
Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk in Richardson, TX.
PLEASE NOTE : This is a hybrid role. Training will be in the office M-F for a period of time and will transition to being in-office one to two days per week.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location : Off W President George Bush Hwy at the Waterview Parkway exit in Richardson, TX. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Hours : 8am to 4pm; M-F
Pay: $21.00 to $ 21.00/hr
Length: Long Term
Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Clerk role include:
Running, reviewing, and manual intervention of breakout invoices.
Sending out invoices to clients.
Review and process data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Input data into billing and accounting systems.
Qualifications for this Accounts Receivable Clerk role:
Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience within accounts receivable.
Strong proficiency within MS Excel is required.
Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Polished communicator (written/verbal) when communicating with clients.
Excellent time management skills.
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
