The Community at Brookmeade is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time MDS Nurse The hours for this position would be 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will have clinical skills and MDS experience.Meadows is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Rhinebeck, NY that provides exceptional care to our Residents.
