Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a Technical Program Manager on this team, you will focus on the delivery of key strategic efforts with InfoSec and team-level deliverables, ensuring the development of roadmaps, project schedules and plans are created, driven and maintained. You will also lead a team a of portfolio Project Managers in execution of planned work.

What you'll do:

  • Enable our vision to be a fully optimized Technical Portfolio Organization

  • Support our mission to drive the security strategy outcomes through portfolio management practices and trust for Information Security solutions and service

  • Manage the delivery of key strategic efforts within Global Tech teams

  • C reate program- level delivery roadmap for products and or capabilities within a technical domain

  • Resolve ambiguous situations (if those come up) with conflicting business and program strategies and independently drive clarity to program teams/leadership on strategy and end-to-end technology solutions

  • Drive initiatives to improve ways of working

  • Posses up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure components

  • Manage communication of requirements with engineering teams through verbal, written, or technical details involving some of the design/architecture/solutions and translates them into program requirement needs into key milestones/deliverables

  • Support, guide, and develop the best-in-class Technical Project and Program Managers

  • Demonstrate the ability to lead others in delivery setting expectations

What you'll bring:

  • Strong project and program management experience

  • Great partnership-bulding skills across horizontals/verticals

  • Being great at establishing strategies and driving delivery in accordance with a plan

  • Strong understanding of portfolio operations and project methodologies (Traditional, Hybrid)

  • Solid leadership skills (influence, coaching, gaining respect, indirect authority, hold others accountable to plans, strategic communicator)

  • Ability to operate at the executive level (strong communicator, negotiator)

  • Having in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure components (for example, network, storage, compute), cloud, data, and development platforms

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Certification in Project Management., Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years' experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
