Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation and management of security measures and controls to safeguard systems, infrastructure, data, and security platforms.
• Take a pivotal role in our Data Security Program, engineering the deployment, configuration, and management of data security protection technologies and data classification.
• Serve as a security advisor for a variety of ad-hoc security-related projects as dictated by business and Information Technology developments.
• Aid with security engineering efforts with other cyber security platforms such as Security Information and Event Management, Endpoint Detection and Response, and Vulnerability Management.
• Assist in the creation and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Conduct evaluation and implementation of new security technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Leverage skills in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Design, Eigrp, Firewall Technologies, Risk Management, and IT Risk Management to perform job functions effectively.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cyber Security Engineer within the Real Estate & Property industry
• Proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)
• Experience with Checkpoint
• Familiarity with Cisco ASA
• Capability to work with Cisco Routers and other Cisco Technologies
• Knowledge in Computer Hardware
• Proficient in Configuration Management
• Ability to Design and implement security protocols
• Experience with Eigrp
• Expertise in Firewall Technologies is required
• Strong skills in Risk Management
• Experience in IT Risk Management
• Good communication and teamwork skills
