Here’s your chance to join our award-winning agency, ICF Next. We’re changemakers, a community of mission driven creatives, communicators, strategists, and technologists. We’re searching for a Communications Program Manager . As a * * Communications Program Manager , you will: 

  • Direct the coordination and oversight of all task orders linked to a Blanket Purchase Agreement with a major federal government client.

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of communications and marketing strategies.

  • Evaluate and assign staff for the creation of deliverables, managing activities and schedules.

  • Guide projects from start to finish, overseeing and managing any project challenges or obstacles.

  • Lead and oversee the efforts of a team of communicators.

  • Oversee all facets of performance, including monitoring budgets, schedules, deliverables, and adherence to the contract.

  • Offer technical and managerial support across all project management facetsand communications-related deliverables (e.g., strategic communications plans, content creation, writingand editing, design services, multimedia, printing, web content, etc.)to ensure compliance with contractualspecifications.

  • Act as the government’s main liaison for all project-related support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field

  • Five (5) years of hands-on supervisory or management experience dealing with time sensitive demands in marketing, media, and public information

  • Five (5) years of hands-onmanaging projects with specific results and deadlines

  • Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (federal government background check)

Preferred Skills and E xperience:

  • Experience working successfully in a team environment

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Superior oral and written communications skills

  • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities

  • Understanding of marketing trends and ability to keep up to datewith industry trends

  • Proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience supporting a government or federal agency

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
